Supported living enhances independence while maintaining support

Our supported living services are ideally suited to people who have developed more independent living skills and this may include people who are ready to move on from a residential service. Supported living services suit people who need extra help with daily living tasks and to participate fully in their local community, but who don’t need full residential support.

What is supported living? Our supported living accommodation offers single and shared self contained flats, enabling individuals to experience more independence. However they will still receive a tailored support package to meet their needs. This could translate into a support worker being on-site or visiting the individuals at their accommodation at agreed times.

In order to offer a completely bespoke solution, we also work with housing partners to develop options that enable people to live in their own flat with their own tenancies.
