Stephen’s successful 10 years of local employment in Kettering, Northamptonshire

Stephen Denholm lives at our Prader-Willi Syndrome service, Perrywood House, located in Kettering. In November 2020, Stephen celebrated his 10-year anniversary of working at the Northampton branch of Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest distributor of building materials.
Not only was this special milestone worthy of celebration as a personal achievement for Stephen, but; as the first person with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) to be employed by Travis Perkins in Northamptonshire, it was also worthy of celebration due to the role his employment played in successfully paving the way for other individuals with PWS to enjoy fulfilling careers with the company within the local area.
