The right environment secures the most amazing holiday
Late in the summer, as the temperatures cooled, the support team accompanied two individuals from their home at Four Winds, Brightlingsea on holiday. In the teams words it was an “Absolutely amazing week in Butlin’s, Skegness for Stephen and Michael.”
Stephen and Michael have very complex needs and finding a suitable holiday that would meet their needs was a bit of a challenge, but with their commitment and eagerness to fulfill Stephen and Michaels wishes they accomplished it.
It was their first time visiting the area and everyone loved it, the support team are very proud they managed to fulfil the wishes of Michael and Stephen through their holiday. They will definitely be supporting individuals to holiday there again. 
The holiday park was all they could have wished for and met all the needs of Stephen and Michael, with extremely helpful, polite staff and plenty to do on site. Every day Stephen and Michael were supported to try something new. They had a wonderful time, and the team can’t speak highly enough of the help given by the Butlin’s staff.
They loved that you could order a takeaway breakfast and eat comfortably in their chalet, supporting Stephen and Michael to enjoy in a relaxed quiet environment.
They ventured out through the day to the beach, local parks, and arcades. They particularly liked the arcades with all the flashing lights and sounds. When they returned each evening, they ate dinner which was fantastic and then went onto the evening shows which were very exciting for everyone.
The swimming pools were great, the Chalet was lovely, very clean and fresh. Overall the holiday was so good they will definitely be planning to go again and can’t wait for next year. It proved to be an absolutely amazing week
