A new manager is proving a ‘breath of fresh air’ at Weston Villa, the flat-based residential specialist Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) service in Kettering, Northants.

The team at Weston Villa is in celebration mode – they’ve just heard that they’ve retained their ‘good’ rating from the CQC. The report, published in early June, is a great outcome for the hardworking team.

Here we talk to manager, Kylie Burgess, about what makes Weston Villa unique, the individualised design and superb training at the service, how she supports the team on a daily basis and the positive outcomes that have occurred since her arrival at the service back in March 2021.
