Rachel Roberts takes the trophy for the Frontline Leaders Award
Congratulations and well done to our worthy winner in the Great British Care Awards.
There were celebrations all round for Consensus last Friday evening, as Rachel Roberts, Team Leader at Kingarth collected the national ‘Frontline Leader Award’.
Also attending the National Finals of 2021 Gala Night in Birmingham were our other finalists in three more prestigious Great British Care Awards categories:
- Liz Smith, Service Manager at The Gables in Ely – Social Care Nurse Award, East of England
- Liam Lewis, Service Manager at Parklands in Newport – Frontline Leaders Award, Wales
- Consensus – Care Employer Award, East of England
The Great British Care Awards are based around a series of regional events throughout the UK, culminating in a national final, and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
Congratulations also go to all the Consensus colleagues and teams entered for 2021 Great British Care Awards and who were chosen by the judges to represent our services in regional finals. We were delighted to have a further 15 shortlisted finalists in eight award categories, in addition to those who so successfully went through to the National Final:
