We are delighted that four more of our services have been rated as outstanding; three of our Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) residential services in Kettering, Northamptonshire, one incredibly achieving outstanding by CQC in all five KLOEs and an outstanding rating from Ofsted for our service for children and young people in Ipswich, Suffolk.
This adds to our leap to outstanding for our supported living services in the Midlands and our service in Ipswich (in 2017 and 2018 respectively).
We are now proud to have an overall compliance rating for all our services, across all UK inspectorate bodies of 99%
This reflects our continued drive for quality and continuous improvement across the organisation and supports our ethos and values to continually provide the best outcomes for the people we support and we are delighted to share the services’ individual and heart warming stories.
The most Outstanding Hat-trick for our specialist Prader-Willi Syndrome Services
Not one, not two, but three Kettering based care services have received glowing reports from national care regulator, The CQC, as they were each awarded the highest rating of ’Outstanding’.
Heatherington House achieved the highest possible Outstanding overall in all five key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) where Inspectors described their approach to supporting people with PWS as revolutionary.
Our Children’s and Young People’s service is officially Outstanding
The dedication of the manager and her committed team at Belstead Mews was reflected through being Outstanding in three key aspects; the overall experiences and progress of children and young people living in the home; how well children and young people are helped and protected; the effectiveness of leaders and managers.
“Relationships between children and staff are remarkable” was just one of the many comments within the Ofsted inspection report.
How we achieved Outstanding!
Dedication, commitment, passion and drive! That’s what helped us get four more services rated outstanding, to add to our two supported living services. Our booklet shows in action what really made the difference with inspiring, heart-warming stories.
Eddie Morgan, Managing Director, “I am delighted that CQC commended the teams for embedding our values evidenced by the empathy, passion and enthusiasm our teams demonstrated in supporting people to achieve their aspirations and support needs.”
Outstandingly well led, local Community Supported Living Service leaps to highest CQC Rating
In 2018 our Ipswich based Community Supported Living service, Norwich Road received a glowing report, having been awarded ‘Outstanding’ the highest CQC rating available, in the East of England area.
