We are extremely proud that 4 out of our 12 specialist Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) residential services located in Northamptonshire have been rated Outstanding by CQC. Heatherington House achieved the highest possible Outstanding overall in all five key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) where Inspectors described their approach to supporting people with PWS as revolutionary. We are also delighted that all our other PWS services, inspected by CQC in England, have achieved a ‘Good’ rating in all five KLOEs across the board.
We constantly strive to deliver best practise and quality across all areas of the business to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support with learning disabilities and complex needs. The Outstanding ratings achieved in the PWS services we provide really reflects this and continues to demonstrate the innovation and creativity of our support teams and pioneering leadership approaches that ultimately offer opportunity, choice and success to the people we support.
