Lizzie, aged 21, moved to Gretton House, a specialist service that provides support and accommodation for people with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) based in Gretton, Northants in September 2019.
Through person-centred planning the support team have been supporting Lizzie to identify and achieve her short and long-term goals, as well as develop greater independence and live a meaningful life as part of the community.
