Deputy Manager of Cheshire House heads to Awards
Consensus are delighted to share that colleagues and teams across the organisation are shortlisted in seven categories in this years’ regional finals of The Great British Care Awards.
The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The awards pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
Charlotte Edwards, Deputy Manager of Cheshire House, is in line for the Frontline Leaders Award. Charlotte has developed her leadership skills over the last three years whilst progressing her career from Support Worker in November 2015. She has balanced her development and the leadership role she now holds with ensuring she and her team provide exceptional person-centred support.
As a shortlisted finalist, Charlotte will proudly be heading to a judging day in October and has been invited to attend a glittering Gala Event in November.

We are also immensely proud that our Marketing Team have been shortlisted in The Putting People First/Personalisation Award.
There were twenty-one categories available for nomination, which represent all areas of the social care sector, whether it be older people or specialist services, residential or home care. From frontline staff such as care workers and care managers to people who have made an impact in other ways such as training and innovation.
