Consensus secures contracts for Day and Supported Living services
Northamptonshire County Council have awarded Consensus Support Services the framework to develop more Supported Living and Day services in Northamptonshire.
The framework has been awarded on the evidence of quality and outcomes of existing Consensus services in the area, and will give Consensus the opportunity to develop day centres and supported living services that will continue these high standards.
Northamptonshire is home to the majority of Consensus’ services, with specialist support being provided for people with Prader Willi Syndrome, learning disabilities, complex needs, mental illnesses and challenging behaviour.
Starting this month, the new framework will build on the existing services at The Links Day Centre and will provide an excellent platform for the people supported there to access community based services.
Mike Ranson, Business Development Manager at Consensus Support Services, said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded this framework which gives us the opportunity to continue to expand our services in Northamptonshire and deliver the highest standards of support across the county.
“The new framework gives Consensus accreditation and commissioner support to develop not only these services but also to expand into different areas in Northamptonshire. These services will enable more people to access the community and live more independent lives.”
