Consensus’ Magnificent Seven head to Awards

Consensus are delighted to share that colleagues and teams across the organisation are shortlisted in seven categories in this years’ regional finals of The Great British Care Awards.

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The awards pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.

The following services and colleagues have been shortlisted in a wide variety of categories:

Amy Humphreys, Blakeney House – The Care Newcomer Award

Redan Street, Ipswich – The Home Care Team Award

Dale Elkin-Walker, Fieldbrook Walk – The Dignity in Care Award

Christine Sanderson, Vale House – The Good Nurse Award

Janet Burrows, Learning and Organisational Development – The Care Trainer Award

Charlotte Edwards, Cheshire House – The Frontline Leaders Award

We are also immensely proud that our Marketing Team have been shortlisted in The Putting People First/Personalisation Award.

Our shortlisted finalists have proudly attended judging days across the country and have been invited to attend glittering Gala Events in their regions during November.

There were twenty-one categories available for nomination, which represent all areas of the social care sector, whether it be older people or specialist services, residential or home care. From frontline staff such as care workers and care managers to people who have made an impact in other ways such as training and innovation.
