Windsor Avenue has a welcoming, positive and lively environment. The team are very caring and approachable, dedicated to meeting the needs of the individuals at the home and helping them reach their full potential.

The focus is very much on inclusion and supporting people to lead a meaningful, fulfilling life. Person centred goals and achievements, big and small, are always encouraged as is greater independence and choice on a daily basis.

Individuals are encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves in all aspects of daily living to increase confidence and support greater independence.

With good transport links to nearby Kettering and Market Harborough and transport facilities on site, the team support individuals to enjoy local leisure and social activities which match their interests and goals. This includes swimming, shopping, cinema, bowling, visiting country parks and restaurants.

Support plans are regularly reviewed to ensure that people are living their life in the way they wish to and enjoying activities of their choice.

The team have very good relationships with family and friends of the people we support who are always warmly welcomed at the service.
