“We have a great staff team, we have different strengths and we are very person centred.”

Support Worker - Quote from CQC Inspection Report - November 2017

“When my [family member] was having issues with their behaviour the staff brought in a behaviour specialist. All the staff got training and as a result a care plan was formed. All staff follow the four stages and as an absolute last resort there is additional medication that can be administered. The care plan is laid out so well and all staff are so consistent that we very rarely need the medication stage.”
