The service, within walking distance of Cheltenham Town Centre, offers a safe, supportive setting in a completely refurbished property. The service has nine self-contained one bedroom flats, as well as some communal space and a small garden/patio area. There are also adapted spaces to improve access for people with physical disabilities and mobility issues and all floors are accessible via a lift and stairs.
Each individual has their own tenancy and separate support package and our on-site team provide 24 hour personalised support tailored to the individual’s bespoke needs. We ensure that people with learning disabilities and complex needs have the same rights and opportunities as every other person.
The focus is on supporting people to have greater control over their lives and to lead an active, meaningful, fulfilling life as part of their local community.
Their bespoke, person centred plan is based on choices about how they want to live their life and the opportunities which will help them achieve the goals that are important to them.
The support we provide focuses on all aspects of a person’s life, and is as much or as little as they need. This includes support with health and well-being, on-going education, skills development and accessing social, leisure and work opportunities. Individuals are also encouraged to develop and maintain a network of relationships.
