Stanley Park Road is our new state of the art residential service based in Wallington in the London Borough of Sutton that offers individualised accommodation and support with a mixture of one-bedroom single occupancy and two-bedroom shared flats.

The service recognises the need to provide more individualised accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs whilst at the same time avoiding the risk of isolation. The additional communal spaces provided allow the opportunity for individuals to socialise within a supported environment. This bright, modern residential setting offers the benefit of individualised accommodation with a bespoke, person centred support package tailored to someone’s needs and goals.

Each flat is fully self-contained, with lounge and dining room, bedroom and separate bathroom which consists of a bath and/or a fully accessible wet room shower. The kitchens are also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and safety features such as an induction hob and oven.

All materials used from fixtures and fittings to carpets, paints and furnishings were all selected with the individuals who will be living here in mind. We have used low arousal colour schemes, plain, unpatterned carpets and matt surfaces to support sensory sensitivities.

The individualised nature of the accommodation and support enables people with very different needs to co-exist within the service without diminishing the quality provided to all.

Where appropriate a member of our highly experienced in-house Positive Behaviour Intervention Team will provide proactive and reactive interventions designed to reduce challenging behaviour and improve quality of life.

    • Ground floor consists of 3 self-contained flats (1 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom)
    • First floor consists of 3 self-contained flats (2 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom)
