Each person has their own tenancy and separate individualised support package, based on an assessment of their individualised needs.

The focus is on recognising bespoke needs and providing the level of support each individual requires to enable them to develop greater independence and build meaningful, fulfilling lives in the local community.

Support includes; help with daily living skills, participating in the local community, using public transport, managing finances and ensuring health and wellbeing.

Our teams take a person-centred approach to help individuals reach their goals and ambitions and ensure positive outcomes for them.

The service is also supported by our Positive Behaviour Intervention Team who provide dedicated strategies to help ensure a good quality of life for every individual who lives there.

The flats were developed within an existing building and include six self-contained one-bedroom flats, as well as some communal space, offering the option to interact and be with others.

Centrally located in Clacton-on-Sea and close to all local amenities, there are excellent opportunities to support and develop an inclusive lifestyle.
