Close to Carmarthen town centre, this supported living service consists of four, one bedroom flats offering a sheltered environment for adults with moderate to severe learning disability who prefer to live on their own but need regular support.

The service is tailored to those who may be stepping down from a residential service or require additional assistance with daily living skills without the need for full residential support.

Each individual has a person centred support plan which identifies the level of support they need as well as their goals and aspirations and how they want to live their life within the local community.

The self-contained apartments provide a comfortable home environment. Each one has a bedroom, kitchen and shower room for maximum privacy and independence and they can be decorated to suit individual taste.

There is also a communal area where individuals can socialise and eat together should they choose to and an outdoor area where they can relax and spend time with friends.

The apartments are on the same site as the residential service at The Grange and are a ten minute walk from the town centre and there are good public transport links.

Local amenities include two colleges, a leisure centre, parks, a bowling alley, cinema, restaurants and jobs providing ample opportunity for social activities and inclusion.
