King Edwards Grove is a residential service in Teddington, Middlesex for male and female adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs including autism (and mild mental health difficulties linked to their autism or learning disability).

Spread across two floors, with eight en-suite bedrooms, the service provides a caring, nurturing, well structured environment.

There is easy access to public transport to the nearby towns of Teddington, Kingston, Feltham, Brentford and Hounslow with their many shopping, leisure and social activities including bowling, museums, galleries, community parks and restaurants. Individuals also have access to the local youth club.

Individuals living at King Edwards Grove are supported to enjoy activities of their choice which meet their goals and aspirations.

There are many activities arranged in the home such as art and music therapy, aromatherapy, snooker and gardening encouraging a social environment.

Individual’s cultural needs are actively supported and key workers help people to attend family functions and events.

The focus is on choice and inclusion and this is supported by a friendly, committed team.

Great importance is placed on supporting individuals to learn new skills and take an active interest in the running of the home, including shopping and cooking.

This helps improve daily living skills and confidence and allows people to have their own responsibilities as well as their own hobbies and interests.
