Some individuals also have physical disabilities and the service is wheelchair accessible.

Close to Wellingborough Town centre, Blossoms is a caring, welcoming, supportive service. Individuals are supported to be as independent as they can within the service and the local community.

The focus is on helping people to reach their goals, achieve success and live their life in the way they wish to.

There is an active social scene and lots of activities which the people living at Blossoms delight in planning.

Friends and family are always warmly welcomed at BBQs, social evenings and theme nights.

With good transport links to Northampton, Kettering, Corby and Milton Keynes there are plenty of social and leisure amenities to tap into.

Individuals are encouraged to enjoy activities of their choice such as swimming, badminton, shopping, going to the theatre and the local park.

Some do voluntary work with local charity shops and attend college courses to learn new skills, both of which help with confidence and self esteem.

There is transport on site and the team are always supportive of an individual wanting to try new activities.
