48 The Grove is a three storey Victorian character house in Isleworth which provides a supportive residential setting for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties and complex needs.

The team focus on inclusive activities which help build confidence and encourage enjoyment. Music therapy, aromatherapy, dance and karaoke evenings and live entertainment are a few of the things the dedicated team regularly organise. Or if they prefer, the people we support can pursue activities of their choice, as well as gardening or tending the allotment at 48 The Grove.
Tailored support plans are regularly reviewed and updated with each individual and their key worker.
There is easy access to public transport (rail and bus networks) to nearby Hounslow and its shopping, leisure and social activities including bowling, a cinema, cafes and swimming pool.
With a seven seater vehicle on site, the team ensures that everyone can do the things they enjoy and have choices open to them. Visits from family and friends is a big part of life at the home.
Great importance is placed on helping individuals learn new skills and take an active interest in the running of the home, including shopping and cooking.
This helps improve daily living skills and confidence and allows people to have their own responsibilities as well as their own hobbies and interests.
