This Consensus Service offers accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum condition and additional complex needs and is staffed by a skilled and knowledgeable team. The property is divided in the middle providing two, four bed services; one service focuses on providing transition support for individuals with a physical disability and offers sensory experiences ranging from the snoozelum area through to interactive art and sculptures placed at accessible levels throughout the building. The second service is designed to cater for those in transition who may also have an autistic spectrum condition. Both services offer four en-suite bedrooms, including a separate apartment, a lounge, accessible kitchen and an attractive garden that can be used for outdoor activities, growing vegetables and BBQ’s in the summer months. Moor Lane has two minibuses allowing individuals to access local amenities and engage in a wide range of leisure and educational opportunities. People using the service can participate in community life as much or as little as they wish.
