Phoenix House – Now Open!

This new service provides seven, one bedroom flats within a single property offering a sheltered environment for individuals who prefer to live on their own but need 24 hour support. Each flat has its own bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The service includes a staff flat offering ‘round the clock’ support and there are communal areas for meeting with neighbours.  Located close to the town centre and easily accessible from the A14, Phoenix house is ideal for supporting individuals with more complex needs in order for them to gain life skills enabling them to achieve greater levels of independence.
