This Consensus service provides accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs including challenging behaviour. This property offers eight large bedrooms in a homely living environment. There is a comfortable lounge with an adjoining dining room, kitchen and a beautiful garden at the rear of the property. Aldeburgh House is located just two minutes from the beach with a variety of local shops and a library nearby. There are a number of social events for individuals to get involved with plus bowling, swimming and many other activities are easily accessible. The service is located within close proximity to Colchester town centre offering a wealth of opportunities for individuals to engage in the local and wider community and successfully supports skills training. A number of individuals using the service are currently attending college, others are being supported to seek work placements.
