Hilary Crowhurst - Operations Director

Hilary has worked in the learning disability and mental health sector for over 20 years. Prior to joining Consensus, she was Regional Director for Sense. Hilary holds an MA in Applied Psychology of Developing Services for People with Learning Disabilities from the renowned Tizard Centre.
Maarten Vegting - Regional Manager (Area 1)

Maarten has achieved an MA in working with people with disabilities. He joined Consensus shortly after its inception having worked in a regional role for Sense. Most of his career has been devoted to operating services for people with a learning disability

Sylvia Lee - Regional Manager (Area 2)

Sylvia qualified as an RNMH and has undertaken a number of roles managing the support of people with learning disabilities. Sylvia joined Consensus when the group acquired THF, and has a particular interest in supporting those with complex needs and those who challenge services.

Kathryn Clarke - Regional Manager (Area 3)

Kathryn has a post graduate degree in Operational Management. Kathryn joined Consensus at the time the group acquired Gretton Homes, so has a keen interest in supporting adults with Prader Willi Syndrome.

James Boyd - Regional Manager (Area 4)

James has achieved a wide range of qualifications, including NVQ4, RMA, City and Guilds Management and DMS. James joined Consensus shortly after its inception and soon was promoted to the role of Regional Manager for his commitment and passion in delivery quality services.
