Organisational Communication

The organisation is supported by communication forums at all levels which sit side by side and set the agenda for each other.

Each service holds fully inclusive forums, which feed information into regional management meetings then senior management meetings. In turn, regional forums provide the people using our services the opportunity to set the agenda for both regional and senior management.
