‘Makeover Challenge’ is a success at The Brambles

March 26, 2015

The staff and people supported at The Brambles were busy taking part in a team challenge recently to update and decorate a number of areas within the service.

After discussions it was agreed that the individuals that live at Brambles would like to utilise the areas differently inline with things they enjoyed.

Each team was given a budget, and the team that had been the most creative were crowned the winners.

The makeover included some new curtains, which were donated and then dyed, a footstool that was recovered, a lick of paint, some pictures and even a fish!

The Brambles Service Manager had pledged to take the winning team out for a meal, but after all the hard work was completed, judges Eric Peskitt and Sue Grant ruled everyone a winner and they hosted a ‘Onesie and Pizza party’ to celebrate instead.

There were some colourful onesies on show for the fun-filled party and everyone enjoyed celebrating the changes they had made to the interior of the service.
