Supporting individuals to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing

As little as 10% of a populations health and wellbeing is linked to access to healthcare. So, at Consensus we use our person centred approach to look at the bigger picture of all the many factors that can improve and maintain a person’s health and wellbeing.  For the people we support this is a key priority to maintain their quality of life.
