Mark Dyson - Development Manager (South West)
Mark is a qualified Social Worker and has worked in the Learning Disability Sector for the past 15 years, holding various positions in NHS, Social Services and before coming to Consensus was an Operations Director for one of the largest National Voluntary Sector Organisations in the UK.

Matt Harrison - Development Manager (Midlands & North)
Matthew has worked in the care sector for sixteen years, in both operational and development roles and has gained valuable insight into the challenges faced in service delivery and development. More recently, he has worked in development roles, working with commissioners for adult services in the development of specialist bespoke schemes, specifically for people with learning disabilities.

Simon Kezic - Development Manager (Wales)
Simon has worked in the statutory, private and voluntary sectors in developing and providing services for people with a learning disability for over twenty years. He has worked as a provider and as a commissioner. His most recent role as service manager with Cardiff county council, involved the procurement of a range of supported living and specialist services for adults with a learning disability.
