Consensus provides personalised support for over 500 individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in both residential and supported living settings.

We deliver services around the needs of individuals, reflecting their preferences, focussing on respecting the rights of the individual and maximising independence, choice and inclusion.

Our support staff work with individuals to identify suitable opportunities that fit with their life goals. These opportunities provide individuals with choices about their own life path, and with Consensus’ support individuals go on to achieve their most positive outcome.
